As part of the process of implementing the Criminal Compliance System in the organization and in accordance with European Directive 2019/1937 of 23 October 2019, FHECOR Ingenieros Consultores, S.A. has developed its Ethics Channel.

This Channel allows clients, collaborators, suppliers or third parties with a legitimate commercial or professional interest with FHECOR, as well as the staff of the entity itself, to report anonymously, if so desired, any type of complaint on the occasion of an infringement or irregular or unlawful conduct that may pose a risk to the prestige and good name of the company and the professionals that compose it.

It is therefore a communication tool that enables the detection, prevention, investigation and resolution of any situation of non-compliance with the law, the Code of Ethics or internal rules and policies, always guaranteeing confidentiality and independence.
