The building offers a singular architectural and engineering design both for its large 14.0m spans, creating large diaphanous areas which have enormous functional potential, as well as for its external white concrete finish on the wings, whose spans stretch out from between 2 to 7 meters.

The structural typologies employed range from reinforced and post-stressed slabs, large span lightweight slabs to constant and variable depth solid slabs.
