The works consisted of three phases:

In the first phase, a deficiency and undefined issues report was prepared for the project.

In the second phase, another report was drafted, describing opportunities and improvements to the project, focusing on better compliance with green labeling criteria, digital criteria, and the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle.

In the third phase, the construction project was drafted based on the conclusions of the previous reports, along with technical assistance during the construction works.

The various interventions described in the rehabilitation project for the structural reforms and their adaptation to the new project constraints were as follows:

Intervention 11: Sol shaft
Intervention 12: Urbanization walls and fountain

The project was developed following BIM Methodology for the newly designed elements.
