A total of 55 infrastructures have been inventoried and inspected, with their data uploaded to the current management system. The results of the inspection campaign have been used to rank the structures by their state of conservation, enabling the prioritization of repair actions and focusing resources on the most urgent interventions.

The Technical Assistance has included the necessary technical support at various stages of the project:

Milestone I:
Establishment of the starting bases for the Port Asset Management Process (Port Infrastructures). Inventory of infrastructures.

Milestone II:
Action Plan for infrastructures, including the definition of a damage index to prioritize inspections and repair actions, as applicable.

Milestone III:
Design of the Port Asset Management Process (Port Infrastructures) and planning for its implementation (Phase 2).
