The parking facility has five levels: a ground floor and four underground levels, providing approximately 600 parking spaces. The layout of the parking structure is somewhat irregular, with maximum dimensions of about 85 x 82 meters.

The project was developed using BIM Methodology with a Level of Detail (LOD) 300.
